The website is intended to provide preliminary pre-flight meteorological information to aircraft operators and flight crews so as to support
self-briefing, flight planning and flight documentation in accordance with ICAO Annex 3.

The provided information may be changed, modified or removed by BULATSA at any time and without any prior notice.

BULATSA makes all efforts to ensure the accuracy and the timely update of the information but does not guarantee that the information is
exhaustive, topical, complete and adequately represented on the website, in order to be used for certain purposes.

BULATSA does not guarantee the constant access to this website, its proper or interrupted functioning.

BULATSA is not responsible or liable for the validity, accuracy, topicality and the quality of the information, for any consequences from

In case of failure or problems with this website an option has been provided to use the automated meteorological information briefings at
the international airports of Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv and Gorna Oryahovitsa.
